This painting shows Lewis driving the McLaren MP4-23, which won him his first Formula One Drivers World Champion ship in 2008. This is the first painting where I tried to work out how long it took to paint. Although I may forgotten to record some of the time taken up, I do know it was more than 1,200 hours.
